Educational Qualification : MSc Microbiology / MSc Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / B.Tech Food Technology /Bio Technology

Professional Experience :
– 8 to 15 Years
– Experience in Food Industry / Pharma Industry
– Documentation / Audit exposure in FSMS, BRC, FDA etc.
– Organic Industry Experience is added value
– Microbiology Knowledge is must

Roles &Responsibilities:

– Maintain company quality standards
– Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
– Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
– Creating Standard operating procedures for all the process
– Ensuring that production processes meet legal and environmental regulations, and that suppliers meet quality requirements
– Inspecting final products to ensure they meet quality standards
– Conducting training, and supervising quality control staffs
– Identifying ways to improve the manufacturing process to increase efficiency and reduce waste
– Gathering data, documenting findings, and submitting reports related to whole process
– Communicating quality standards and specifications to production teams, and reviewing customer feedback
– Collaborating with other managers, inspectors, and auditors
