GRENERA’S ADVANTAGE:
Grenera’s strength lies in our capability to work directly with the farmers at the field level. We have 100% traceability of our products and can exactly tell from where and which field our products are sourced from. Therefore we always maintain a transparent sourcing chain between our farmers and our clients. We frequently take our clients to the fields and have interactions with the farmers. This Gives us transparency in quality and the fair pricing policy we adopt with our farmers.
Our Factory
Our processing factory is located miles away from busy cities and polluting industries. This clean environment helps us to produce the best quality product without heavy metal contamination. Our factory spawning at an area of 70,000 sq ft has various accreditation including ISO 22000, HACCP, Organic, Kosher, Halal and Vegan Certifications. Towards our commitment to the environment, we have also started to produce our own electricity using solar power.We are a leading producer of high-quality Moringaleaf powder, with a production capacity of over 30 tons per month.
Quality Control
At Grenera Nutrients, quality is of utmost importance. We implement stringent quality control measures at every stage of production. This includes regular internal quality checks, as well as third-party audits by accredited certifying agents about us. These audits involve on-site inspections, documentation-review, and product sampling to verify compliance with NOP-regulations. By subjecting its processes to independent scrutiny, Grenera maintains the integrity and credibility of its NOP Organic products.Our quality team plays a crucial role in ensuring the superior-quality . As part of our rigorous quality-control process, our team conducts random sampling at the farm level we detect any traces of pesticides during the analysis, our Quality Control(QC) team immediately withholds approval for harvesting from the specific farm. By maintaining a zero-tolerance-policy for pesticides, we prioritize the health and well-being of our customers. You can trust that our products undergo thorough evaluation to ensure their purity and safety.
Organic Farms
Grenera Nutrients manufacturers various Organic herbs, spices, herbal teas and super foods in the start of the art manufacturing facility that is located in the Moringa farms situated miles away from the busy towns and highways.Our farms are located in the foothills of the Western Ghats at Erode district of Tamil Nadu, India.We work with a small group of 250 farmers who practice organic farming on approximately 500 acres. Our organic farms are under certification with Ecocert.Our products are being cultivated using organic farming techniques, without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. The backbone of our sustainable supply chain lies in our close collaboration with these local farmers. Through fair trade practices, we aim to uplift the socio-economic conditions of these communities. Empowering them with better livelihood opportunities and creating a positive-impact on their overall well-being.
